I'm an eternally curious soul, a lifelong student journeying through the depths of personal and spiritual discovery. My professional path began in occupational therapy, where I dedicated years to working with children and adults across diverse settings.
In 2012, my journey took a transformative turn when I was introduced to the world of personal development. I underwent a rigorous and immersive year-long training program in ontological coaching, igniting a profound passion for personal growth. As my exploration deepened, I began to explore spirituality, and later, came to soul work.
In an sudden eruption of personal and professional challenges, I found myself disillusioned with mainstream personal development and new-age spirituality. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of my true journey, as I embarked on an inner quest guided by the profound insights of CG Jung, Marion Woodman, St. John of the Cross, and the timeless poetry of Rumi and Hafiz.
In this space of introspection, I embraced tools such as Archetypal Astrology, Human Design, Gene Keys, and Purpose Discovery, seeking to unravel life's profound mysteries and navigate the terrain of the soul. Each tool offered a living wisdom, contrasting the comfort and bypassing nature of the personal development realm I once knew.
Through deep reflection and introspection, I emerged from this transformative pause with a newfound clarity and purpose. Rooted in deep listening and illuminated by the wisdom found in darkness, I have learned to embrace our shared humanity with compassion and reverence.
Now, standing at the threshold of a new chapter, I return to where it all began, heart in hand, driven by a desire to serve and guide others on their transformative journey. My mission is to empower individuals to live purpose-driven lives and to build and create with life itself.
I am humbled by every aspect of this heart-wrenching, awe-inspiring, and almost overwhelming existence and so grateful to get to experience it. This wild ride and all that comes with it has landed me fully here. And this I know is what it means to be alive.
Historically the mainstream world and the spiritual world have run siloed. Yet these past few years have shown me that they can no longer remain separate, they long to merge. We can no longer attempt to exclude our essential nature from any part of existence. Conscious living includes Soul in every aspect of life.
We all thrive when the beauty of our depth and the sacredness of life is honored, infused and venerated within the collective. When Soul + purpose are woven into our lives we uncover the richness we are seeking.
This is part of humanity’s maturation process and the next chapter in our evolution.
