Call it what you want. The soul’s calling. My life’s purpose. As of this moment I understand that to look like being a catalyst for radical transformation. Helping to bring light and humor to what is dark and heavy. Transforming pain into power. Alchemizing karmic density into material and spiritual abundance. Calling forth the most audacious visions for our world. Recognizing brilliance. Provoking the spirit awake. Empowering emerging leaders to own their power and their role. Nourishing and nurturing community. Protecting Life and those who are tending to it. Calling out the lies. Celebrating Truth. Being a bridge between people and worlds. Revolutionizing the way we relate to and exchange resources. Indulging in the sensational experience of being alive. Committing totally to Life in the present moment. And drinking tea, of course.
“Professional” Background
Lived, studied, and worked in Washington, DC for 8 years. My thesis centered around women, peace, and security and examined the roles women play in resolving conflict. Most of my research centered around women’s role in peacebuilding efforts on the African continent.
Started my career at an international development non-profit overseeing programs focused on strengthening civil society, increasing access to education and information, combatting gender-based violence, and facilitating self-care and wellness retreats for frontline human rights defenders.
Designed and facilitated trainings and workshops in seven countries around the world on a variety of topics, including diversity, equity, and inclusion, human trafficking, leadership development/executive coaching, and self-care and wellbeing on the frontlines and in the workplace.
Took a hard pivot into the corporate world and spent time working in management consulting. My work focused on purpose, social impact, and corporate sustainability.
While I was in corporate, I started offering human design readings for friends and family. A year later, amidst my divorce, I took the leap of faith, quit my corporate job, liquidated my 401k, and have since devoted myself to building businesses that enable me to live my purpose and offer my gifts in service to the world.

My childhood hero was Emeril Lagasse and my dream job was/is to have a cooking and travel show. Hosting and nourishing my community is my passions in life. I dream of co-creating teahouses, regenerative communities, and retreat spaces around the world with Terra Nova. I am absolutely obsessed with Chinese tea and gong fu cha. My life revolves around my daily tea ceremony, where I sit with the tea, meditate, pull oracle cards (shoutout to Motherpeace and the Wild Unknown decks), and journal. I love making sourdough. I love farmer’s markets and supporting small businesses. I love buying artisanal, handmade products.
